Larrah Feliciano, Ed.D. – Program Specialist
Dr. Larrah Feliciano began her career in education as a pre-K teacher before moving to San Luis Obispo to obtain her master’s in English literature. While at Cal Poly, she also taught English composition at the university then pursued teaching at the high school level here in EGUSD. She believes passionately in fostering prosocial relationships and asset-building in youth, and focused on Positive Youth Development as her doctoral research at UC Davis. She is excited to be a part of the Youth Development Office ensuring that our students have the resources and supports they need to thrive.
 
YDO - Maria
Maria Garcia Patlan, Project Implementor
Maria Garcia Patlan began her career with EGUSD in 2014. She began as a paraeducator at Charles Mack Elementary School and later transferred to Samuel Kennedy Elementary. She expanded her role as paraeducator and later as a school office assistant at multiple EGUSD sites. Maria is a first-generation college graduate and is planning on pursuing her Master's degree in Marriage, Couple, & Family Counseling. Maria is passionate about empowering our youth to achieve their academic, career, and life goals. During her free time, you can find her exploring new hiking trails, spending time with her family and friends, or watching horror films. Maria is excited and grateful to be part of the Youth Development Office and expand on her professional career.
 
Cedric Barron
Cedric Barron, Project Implementor
Cedric Barron joined the Youth Development Office in 2022. In 2020, he graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development. Cedric joined the Youth Development Office team because he values education for youth and wants to serve as a resource for the different students in the community. Cedric enjoys working with the youth and building relationships with those in his community.

Brittney Delgado, Project Implementor
Brittney proudly joined the Youth Development Office team in 2022. As a first-generation Mexican-American college graduate, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Digital Communications from Sacramento State in 2019, and received her Project Management certification in 2021. Brittney has always had a passion for helping others, putting together projects and hopes to be a mentor for the EGUSD youth and community by providing necessary resources and knowledge to help students succeed. Originally from the beachy town of Oceanside, CA, she made a home for herself in Sacramento. Outside of work, Brittney likes to take dance workshops and loves to play with her Frenchie Benji.
 
 
Chelsie Vasquez
Chelsie Vasquez
Chelsie proudly joined the Youth Development Office in 2022 to further her career in youth advocacy, while pursuing a bachelor’s in psychology. Having eight years of experience in education, Chelsie started her career as a paraeducator, continued as a Behavior Intervention Assistant, and before becoming a Project Implementor held a position as a Student Engagement Specialist sr. within local high schools. Chelsie has an extended amount of experience with at-risk youth working as a Registered Behavior Technician at crisis facilities and S.T.R.T.P. homes for teens, as well as in home support for children with autism. Outside of work Chelsie enjoys spending time with her family and tending to her bridal beauty business.
